Expect an upbeat playlist, warrior vibez and mindful insights based on the eight limbs of yoga. You’ll move & blend strong standing-poses, core work, backbends, arm balances, and inversions to help you open up and move you to your fullest expression. By creating heat from within, you’ll purify your body, melt away tension, and connect deeply to all that you are. And you’ll have fun too!

Practitioners can use this flow to find peace and feel grounded throughout their day.

In this yin yoga practice we connect with breath to release habitual tension that no longer serves you. Busy-minded people carry around worries, fear & anxiety and often feel these classes create a space to let go of those old patterns to become more peaceful and present in our lives. The goal is to create an outlet for stress that enables you to boost your mood, increase your energy, and leave your mat feeling so good!

Physically, classes focus on releasing tension where we tend to hold it the most: the neck, shoulders, back body, hamstrings and hips. Mentally, each session focuses on embracing the calm, the quiet, THE STILL POINT.

When we release physically, we can release mentally. This practice offers a way for practitioners of any level to incorporate a little self-care into their Sunday. Step onto your mat, lie back and release.

Slow Flow: All Access

If you just love that vinyasa vibe, Slow Flow is the secret to never having to give it up. It’s a sustainable approach that you can take to your mat each day. Linking breath with the kind of precise, specific, therapeutic movement will leave you feeling at 48, 58, 68, 78 the way you did at 28.

Slow Flow classes help you find the space between poses while still retaining the gentle rhythm of a flow yoga class.

This practice offers a combination of Vinyasa Flow and Hatha yoga, with fewer transitions than Vinyasa yoga and more flow than Hatha yoga.

The mind and body connection is one of the main goals when practicing all forms of Yoga. Slow flowing Vinyasa is a wonderful practice in discovering one’s personal limitations and learning how to move past those limitations.
