Health, Safety & Wellness

Your safety & wellness will forever be my concern. It always has been, it is now, and it always will be........ Whilst I honestly remain incredibly unsettled due to so many studios having to close down yet again, I really am doing my utmost to stay positive. Usually large doses of dark humour, sarcasm & chocolate does the trick- Oh and plenty of mat time too!!

In my darkest moments, I try to invoke gratitude. Today, I’m so very grateful to still be in the fortunate position of being able to open our space and welcome all you beauties in to practice & flow together. I would like to take this opportunity to celebrate all the teachers & studio owners out there who are facing these incredibly tough times. You are truly amazing, each and every one of you. You are an inspiration to those you guide and you are strong enough to ride this wave, however frustrating that wave may feel right now. Soon you may be able to open & teach, and soon I may be forced to close.

Through it all, what I do know is we have no control over this ever so crazy external world but we can control our internal world. I too would never be able to believe that centres offering wellness, mindfulness & mental health support would be forced to close in comparison to alternative businesses that offer the body or mind no positive benefit whatsoever. But, believe we must, day after day that we’re all one step further on our journey.

On an end note. Upon entering the studio we have a clear system in place.

✔️ Sanitising station

✔️ Masks only off on the mat

✔️ 2 meter distance

✔️ Lower participant numbers

✔️ Open windows

I have tried to capture an image of me opening the studio windows as gracefully as possible. I fully put my posing skills to the test. I hope this expresses my delight executing the task at hand. As always, love you all to bits. Nadine. X
